2026 Sustainable Kingston Awards
The Sustainable Kingston Awards celebrate the people, organizations, businesses, community groups, and young leaders helping build a greener, more resilient Kingston.
From grassroots initiatives and environmental innovation to circular economy projects and youth leadership, these awards shine a light on the many ways our community is taking action for a more sustainable future.
Join us on September 16 at Springer Market Square as we come together to celebrate this year’s nominees and award recipients, with food, live music, and an opportunity to connect with the people making a difference across Kingston.
Nominations may be closed, but the celebration is just getting started. Learn more about the 2026 Sustainable Kingston Awards and join us on September 16!
Land Acknowledgment:
Sustainable Kingston acknowledges that our work takes place on the traditional territories of the Anishinaabe, Haudenosaunee, and Huron-Wendat Peoples. We recognize their deep and enduring relationships with this land and water, and we honour their stewardship since time immemorial. Guided by our mission to enhance the livability and resiliency of Kingston, we commit to walking alongside Indigenous Peoples as we take climate action, strengthen community resilience, and build a more sustainable future together for the next seven generations.
