Kingston Lakeshore Cleanup 

Join Sustainable Kingston on September 26 from 9:30 a.m. to noon for our annual lakeshore cleanup! 

We’re bringing together community members to spend a morning outdoors, meet others who care about Kingston, and help keep our waterfront clean. Volunteers can take part in an onshore cleanup along the lakeshore or help support a water-based cleanup alongside local diving teams and kayak volunteers. 

Help us collect litter along the shoreline between approximately the Gord Downie Pier and the Great Lakes Museum. Collection bags will be provided through the Clean Neighbourhood program.

Whether you’re picking up litter along the shoreline or getting out on the water, it’s a simple way to pitch in and make a difference in our community.
